Tourism in Taiwan (part1)

  In 17th century , Taiwan was called “Formosa” which means “the beautiful Island”dut to our abundant natural resoures , animals and terrain. Living in Taipei , I often see many foreigners walking on the streets on my way home . What are all these sightseers coming for ? When it comes Taiwan , many tourists will to associate diverse decious food and scenic spot , especially  the Shi-Lin night market , in there , they can also have various local food and exotic tastes. If they want to see the spectacular sunset , they will go to Tamsui , a dock with many romantic story. The tourists who want to learn more about Chinese culture and history , they prefer to go to National Palace Museum or Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall. Halfway down the east coast is the most popular attraction , Hualian's Taroko gorge , a stunning natural wonder of steep  marble cliff.
